Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Online Ordering Terms

These online ordering terms and conditions apply to all online or www.imarket.co.zw. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference. You are required to register with us before placing your first order online. Please complete the online registration form. Registration and/or use of our website constitute your acceptance and agreement to be bound by the Terms of our Website, including the additional online terms below.

Online registration

Registration on our online platform is conditional upon your specified collection location being within certain specified areas. If your collection location is not in an area where we offer our services, your registration will not be completed. To register you will be required to provide certain information including personal details, payment card details (if needed) and your address. When registering, you will be required to choose a user ID and a password. Please keep your password private. Imarket accepts no liability for any damages suffered or losses incurred from the use or misuse of your password. You may be required to enter your user ID and password when visiting our Website. However browser may auto fill your user ID and password as well. To amend any registration particulars please click on “My Profile” and edit your details.

Products and availability

 

Colours

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on our Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on the device that you use to access our Website, we cannot warrant that your device’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Content errors

We regret that no order will be accepted if we identify a material error in the description of any of our goods or services or their prices on our Website. Packaging may vary from that shown on our Website.

Pricing policy

You will be charged the prices as they are reflected on our Website. Certain of the Products are variable/random mass items. Whilst the average mass of the Product is indicated on the Imarket Site as a guide to the cost, the actual Product delivered to you may weigh slightly more than the average mass indicated. You will be charged the amount as indicated on our Website. Prices include Value Added Tax. No additional amount will be charged for the use of plastic bags. By using service, you accept that Imarket is a digital agro marketplace not a farm. The difference (if any) between the buying price and the sales price of products will be applied to compensate our associates and contractors who conduct the service.

Methods of payment

Payment can be done by bank cards or in cash upon collection of your order. By submitting your order, you warrant that you are over the age of 18 (eighteen), are authorized to make payment with the payment card and that there are sufficient funds available to pay for the order.

Stock availability

Imarket cannot always guarantee the availability of stock and will endeavor to deliver a substitute line where possible. We reserve the right to change brands if necessary. If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered, you nevertheless agree to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.

Promotions and Specials (Digital and Print)
In the event of Black Friday, Weekly Specials, Christmas/Festive Specials, etc.

  • All promotions and specials are subject to availability of stock, validity dates, and delivery dates.
  • Imarket reserves the right to permit a customer the opportunity to purchase a promotional product once – meaning 1 per customer.

Confirmation of orders

Orders placed online constitute your offer to use our services subject to these Terms. Your offer is deemed to have been accepted by us when you receive our confirmation of your order. Failure by us to formally confirm or notify acceptance shall not affect the validity of using our services or the enforceability thereof.

Delivery

Imarket collection timeslots and collection locations are indicated on our Website. We only deliver to registered customers at our collection locations. On collection you will receive your delivery note showing the items, any substitute items, any non-available items, Value-Added Tax and the total amount due for payment. For verification purposes, the person collecting delivery may be required to produce a form of identification. In the event of no-show, Imarket will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for collection on the same day. Please arrange that you or your authorized representative is available to accept your delivery at the collection address. On delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative to sign and print your or their name on a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt.

Refunds and returns policy

If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item from our Website, you may contact us and  return it for a full refund, replacement or exchange.

Cancellation

If for any reason you would like to cancel an order this may be done by contacting our Customer Services Centre via customercare@imarekt.co.zw. You will only be able to cancel orders up to midnight on the day prior to the date of delivery. We reserve the right to request your payment for the delivery in respect of any late cancellations and you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full price. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any use of our services and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the Terms.

 

Risk and ownership

Risk in the items shall pass to you or your authorized representative on collection. We will retain ownership in the items until payment has been received in full.
